Kody

 Kody had the most amazing end to his mission. 2 friends he loves and has been working with chose to be baptized. He and elder Christensen have had such a great companionship with so much success! A great ending to a wonderful two years. 

 

 We received this letter from Kody’s mission president today. Garrett and I both teared up knowing Kody gave his whole heart. We are so proud of him! Dear  Bishop   Wastlund , It is with great joy we announce the return of  Elder   Kody   Wastlund  from the Chile Santiago South Mission.  He  will conclude  his  service as a missionary on  7 Dec 2023 .  He  has served faithfully and honorably as a representative of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Many lives have been touched by the honest and compelling service rendered in the Lord’s kingdom. The mission experience has been filled with reaping and sowing, cultivating and nurturing, and patiently awaiting spiritual growth and maturity.  He  has truly served with all of  his   heart, might, mind and strength, and many will stand witness to the great efforts produced in the field of labor.  Kody is a grandfather in the mission. He has trained 4 times now and those he has trained have trained others. He is trying to make the most of these last few weeks.
