Goodbye President and sister Cottrell, and a baptism

Hello Dear Family and Friends. I hope you are all doing awesome and had a tasty breakfast🥣. Elder Wastlund here reporting from Chile, I am now in the area Portales 2. After having been in my first area Hospital for a few months with 2 different companions, Tuesday June 7, me and Elder Savage were out working like normal and had just finished listening to a Catholic Lady exhort us to worship the Virgin Mary. Someone called us and said, "Hello Elders, we will be there to pick up Elder Wastlund in 20 min." The Zone Leaders hadn't told us that we had transfers and we were a decent bike ride away from the house. And all my stuff was very much unpacked. I took off on the bike and didn't realize until a couple minutes later that I left my companion completely in the dust. We got home and started shoving all my belongings in bags and my suitcases for 15 min before the truck got there. And because they pick up so many missionaries on transfer day in this mission and they have a schedule to keep and we were so far away they just shoved me and my stuff in a truck full of missionaries and I was on my way. Long story short, my companion now is Elder Brasher from Texas, we have a normal sized church now, we have tons of awesome members that help so much in the work, I'm still on a bike. President and Hermana Cottrell left a week ago😭. They are amazing, the amount of love and the lasting impression of diligence and discipleship they left on me I will never forget. President and Hermana Rosenlund are cool; they have made a lot of changes really fast. They don't really speak Spanish. They came with their two daughters Aubrey(returned missionary that's 22 who served in Brazil so speaks Portuguese but not Spanish) and Maddie(who's 17, a senior in high school). My couple weeks here in Portales we've had so many adventures, so many miracles, and a super small house with 4 elders jaja. We have two friends named Kevin and Priscila. They were both going to get baptized a couple weeks ago but then Kevin was getting married the same weekend and started having doubts and decided not to go through with it. Priscila had a problem with la palabra de sabiduría and couldn't that weekend either. I've learned on my mission that Satan is REAL and is working,  especially on the people that are trying to make the necessary changes in their lives to accept the restored gospel. We were stressed after that weekend and prayed with all our hearts and prepared so many scriptures and things so that we could help them be baptized and solve their doubts. We visited them both the following Tuesday. We went into Kevin's house and started talking with his wife, and she told us that Kevin was sleeping but he told her that he wanted to be baptized! She started telling us that the Singer they hired for their wedding was actually a member and had a pep talk with Kevin about how he didn't need to be perfect to be baptized and said all the right things he needed to hear. We left that lesson and my companion said," Well that was our 1 miracle point for the day, I hope the lesson with Priscila goes well." We then visited Priscila, gave her daughter a Priesthood blessing, then sat down to talk. She told us that she talked with this random friend over the weekend that she knew a long time ago that was supposedly a member! And her friend told her that it was OK that she didn't get baptized that weekend, but explained to her that Satan is working on her so she doesn't get baptized and doesn't receive the blessings and a lot of other things she needed to hear.
There were so many other crazy things that happened but long story short, Heavenly Father heard our prayers and preparations and helped our friends😁. And they were baptized and confirmed these last two days.🥳It was so wonderful to see the look and smile on Priscilla's face after her baptism and she just said she felt "happy"
Love u all thank you for everything you do and have done for me❤
